These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile applications, websites, and related services provided by S²olstice ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.
1. Scope of Services
S²olstice develops independent mobile applications focused on photography, camera tools, photo and video editing, creative utilities, and productivity features such as note-taking.
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not misuse, abuse, or exploit the Services
- Do not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the applications
- Do not interfere with security or system integrity
- Do not use the Services to infringe the rights of others
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, are owned by S²olstice or its licensors.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to you solely for personal use of the Services.
5. User Content
Some applications allow you to create or store content such as photos, videos, and notes ("User Content").
You retain full ownership of your User Content. S²olstice does not claim ownership and does not access your personal content unless explicitly stated.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and how it is used or shared.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Subscription Basis: Certain features are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select.
Automatic Renewal: Your Google Play Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play Account Settings. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Lifetime Access: If you purchase a "Permanent" license, you will be charged a single fee for ongoing access to Pro features without recurring billing.
Refunds: All transactions are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate third-party services such as Google Play Services or analytics tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accuracy.
9. Limitation of Liability
S²olstice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Services.
